Credits purchased through Business Mailing Center are non-refundable and expire 12 months after purchase. Business Mailing Center may deactivate accounts inactive for 24 months and delete stored data.
Free trials begin immediately upon registration and convert to paid plans unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Monthly subscriptions require 3 days' cancellation notice. Annual plans require 10 days' notice. Refunds are not provided for partial periods. Business Mailing Center may charge a cancellation fee equal to the value of discounted periods.
You agree to indemnify and hold Business Mailing Center harmless against claims arising from your content, use of the service, or violation of these Terms.
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Business Mailing Center may modify or discontinue services without notice or liability.
Business Mailing Center is not responsible for third-party websites, content, or losses resulting from their use.
Third-party software provided through the service is subject to each provider's own terms. Business Mailing Center provides no warranties for such software.

Business Mailing Center is not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive) arising from use of the service. In no event shall liability exceed the amounts you paid to Business Mailing Center.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Business Mailing Center. Utah law governs all disputes, which must be resolved in Salt Lake County courts unless arbitration is required.
Business Mailing Center is committed to robust data protection and complies with GDPR and HIPAA-aligned security standards when applicable.
User-uploaded data remains the sole property of the account holder. Business Mailing Center does not sell or rent customer data.
We employ encryption, access controls, and risk assessments to protect personal data.
We provide tools for GDPR compliance and operate under HIPAA-aligned security protocols when handling PHI, though Business Mailing Center is not a covered entity.
